Brainerd is a community of approximately 14,000 people located about 2 1/2 hours north of the Twin Cities.
The Harmony House of Brainerd is located in a quiet residential neighborhood; however, state of the art health care providers and services are conveniently located nearby.
Harmony House of Brainerd consists of two homes connected by a beautiful enclosed outdoor patio area for our residents enjoyment. Each home houses ten residents, offering both private and semi-private rooms.
The residents are able to enjoy supportive care and services personalized to their needs in a comfortable home-like setting with welcoming, compassionate, professional staff.

Little Falls is a community of approximately 8200 people and is the county seat of Morrison county. It is located about two hours northwest of the Twin Cities.

The Little Falls Harmony House offers a large home with spacious and comfortable rooms and can house a total of 22 residents. Private and semi-private rooms are available.

Pierz is a small rural community of about 1200 people located approximately 100 miles north of the Twin Cities.
The Harmony House of Pierz is located in a quiet rural setting with state of the art health care providers and services located nearby.
Opened September 2007, our new Pierz location incorporates the latest in facility design features for individuals with memory loss. There are 22 private micro-suites all on one level with private bathrooms and showers. Each micro-suite has large windows that allow the residents to enjoy the breath-taking outdoor beauty. There are wonderful shared spaces: kitchen, dining and community areas. The well-lit walkabout halls eliminate dead-ends, minimizing confustion and frustration for the residents. The lower level of this facility houses the Horizon Health Community Service Center where the organization's home office is located as well as a comprehensive resource library and meeting spaces.
