Horizon Health offers necessary nursing, therapy and home health aid services in the comfort and privacy of one's home.

Serving all of Morrison County as well as parts of Crow Wing, Benton and Mille Lacs counties in central Minnesota

We provide home visits 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays. Most visits are done between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. A nurse is always on call to help with any questions or concerns.

• Registered and Licensed Practical Nurses provide dressing changes, wound care, post-surgery follow-up, diabetic teaching and IV therapy.
  
• Home Health Aides and Personal Care Attendants can assist clients with bathing, exercises and other types of personal care, as well as homemaking services such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping.
  
• Physical and Occupational Therapy are available to assist clients with exercise, gait training or home adaptations for disabilities.
  
• Speech Therapists can assist with speech or swallowing problems.
  
• Social Services are on-hand to help with social, emotional or financial difficulties associated with illness or disability.
  
• Automated medication systems are available to help people remember to take their medications correctly.
  
• Licensed Health Care Social workers are available advocates for clients' needs and guides them in making decisions about their physical and emotional care.

We understand the desire for people to remain in their homes as long as it is safe for them to live there. It is our objective to help them meet that goal.
