At Horizon Health, we believe our most important assets are our employees.
Horizon Health provides a variety of employment opportunities for people that desire to help people in need. We provide extensive training to help our employees succeed in our various programs. Currently we employ about 200 and utilize 150 volunteers to extend services, ranging from assisted living for seniors, board and lodging for people with physical and mental disabilities. Respite and home care for people needing help in their homes.
Our range of specially designed services provide an employment alternative to the normal nursing home setting. Employees are given a variety of shift choices, responsibilities, and opportunities for advancement. In-service training is ongoing and support is individualized to meet specific employee needs.
We offer the 90-hour CNA/HHA course as well as the 15-hour HHA course, for anyone interested in a career as Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide.
