Horizon Health was founded in 1991 with the idea that older adults have a right to health and housing options in their hometown. Today, Horizon Health assists over 330 people every day in Morrison County and they created over 220 new jobs as programs developed. Horizon Health is justifiably proud of its accomplishments; yet there is more to do.
Horizon Health has a history of developing and managing programs to meet the ever-changing needs of older adults in Morrison County. While operational funds are adequate, capital dollars to construct needed facilities and expand services are limited.
Horizon Health is dedicated to its mission of providing community based living options. The Partnership in Life capital campaign has been launched to help further that goal. Campaign funds will be used to expand senior housing in Morrison County by constructing:
